They helped, and I'm still not sure it was enough
Ive rewritten this review three times over a month. The facts: television better, telephone somewhat better, one on one in a quiet room better. Group conversation no improvement I can measure, and outdoors in wind they're actively worse than nothing. My loss sits right at the line between moderate and severe, which I suspect is the explanation, and my doctor said as much when I saw him after the fact. Three stars because they genuinely helped in the house and I'm keeping them, but somebody in my situation should read a middling review as well as the glowing ones.

One, if you get a whistle it's the tip size, try the next one up before you assume anything is broken. Two, give the sound four or five days before you judge it, everything is sharp at first and it does settle.
