Shipping policy

We ship to addresses in the United States and the United Kingdom. Free tracked delivery on every order, no minimum spend, no hidden fees.
Order processing
- Orders are dispatched within 48 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or on public holidays enter processing on the next business day. Address verification, payment checks or exceptional demand may occasionally extend processing. We will contact you if we need information.
- You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are counted from dispatch. They are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier capacity, severe weather or public holidays. We will tell you if there is an unexpected delay with your order.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to our tracking page. You can also look up your order there with your order number and email. If you have not received this email after the processing window above, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us at [email protected].
Delivery attempts
- If no one is available to receive your package, the carrier will leave a card or attempt redelivery.
- Packages may be left with a neighbor or at a local pickup point, depending on the carrier's policy.
- If a package is returned to us after failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
Missing or lost packages
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you choose.
Incorrect address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct when you order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us straight away. We can update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Where we ship
We deliver to the United States and the United Kingdom only, with the same processing and delivery times in both countries. We do not currently deliver to other countries.
