What happens next

Every stage, and what it actually means.

  • Straight away

    Order placed

    You get a confirmation email with your order number. Keep it: it is the fastest way for us to find you.

  • Same day before 2pm GMT

    Packed and dispatched

    We process orders seven days a week. Order before 2pm GMT and it leaves that day. After 2pm, the next day.

  • UK 2 to 5 days · elsewhere 3 to 5

    In transit

    Your tracking link goes live. It can take a few hours to show its first scan, which is normal and not a problem.

  • Then the 90 days start

    Delivered

    Your 90-day trial begins the day it lands, not the day you ordered.
