Orders and delivery

How fast are orders processed?

Seven days a week. Order before 2pm GMT and it leaves the same day. After 2pm, it goes out the next day.

How long does delivery take?

UK: 2 to 5 working days. Everywhere else: 3 to 5 working days. Delivery is free on every order, to every country we ship to.

How do I track it?

You get an email with a tracking number and a live link the moment it is dispatched. You can also use our tracking page.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes. We ship worldwide, with free delivery everywhere and the same 90-day trial and 2-year guarantee.

Returns and refunds

What is the 90-day trial?

Ninety days from delivery to use it in your real life: the dinners, the phone calls, the television. If it does not earn its place, send it back for a full refund. No questions, no restocking fee.

How do I start a return?

Email us with your order number and we send you the instructions. A human reads it and replies. There is no form to defeat.

When do I get my money?

Within 5 to 10 working days of the return arriving, back to the card you paid with.

Guarantee

What does the 2-year guarantee cover?

Faults. If the device or case stops working properly through normal use within two years, we repair or replace it.

What is not covered?

Loss, and damage from accidents or water beyond normal daily wear. Ear tips are consumable, which is why 12 come in the box.

Using your device

What exactly am I buying?

A rechargeable in-ear amplifier for everyday listening: conversation, television and the telephone. We do not call it a medical device, because it is not one.

Should I see a doctor instead?

If your hearing has changed suddenly, or in one ear only, then yes, see a doctor first. That needs medical attention, not a purchase. We would rather lose the sale.

It whistles. What do I do?

Almost always the tip is not sealing. Try the next size up from the 12 in the box. A proper seal is what stops the whistle.

How long does the battery last?

16 hours per charge, and 60 hours with the case, which is about four more full charges away from a plug socket.

Do I need an app?

No. There is nothing to pair, download or update. Put them in and they work.
