  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products

  • We sell rechargeable in-ear hearing amplifiers designed to make everyday listening clearer, together with hearing care accessories such as ear tips, wax guards, charging cases and cleaning kits.
  • Product descriptions, images, and specifications are as accurate as possible. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur between the product image and the actual product.
  • Our products are intended for personal, domestic use only and are not to be resold.
  • Certus devices are not medical devices. Always read the included instructions and safety information before use.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£), USD ($), or EUR (€) depending on your region, and include applicable taxes where required.
  • We accept payment via credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other methods available at checkout via Shopify Payments.
  • Payment is taken at the time your order is placed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel your order due to a pricing error, you will receive a full refund.
  • Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Orders & Availability

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance of your order by sending a dispatch confirmation email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock availability, suspected fraud, or order limits.
  • Products are sold subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, Ireland, and New Zealand.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, in less than 48 hours. Weekend and public-holiday orders enter processing on the next working day. Address verification, payment checks or exceptional demand may occasionally extend processing.
  • Estimated delivery after dispatch: United Kingdom 3–7 working days; Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and United States 4–8 working days.
  • Delivery is free on all orders.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Eligible new or slightly used products may be returned by mail within 90 days of delivery under our structured home-trial policy.
  • The home trial requires a brief reason, at least 21 days of use unless an exception applies, and one reasonable troubleshooting step. Customers arrange and pay return postage upfront. Reasonable tracked postage is reimbursed only when we confirm an item is faulty, damaged or misdescribed.

  • Exchanges are not accepted. There is no restocking fee, and approved refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the return.

8. Warranty

  • All Certus products are covered by a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
  • The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorised modification, or normal wear and tear.

9. Product Safety & Intended Use

  • Our devices are designed for personal home use and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • Always consult a healthcare professional if you have concerns about your health.
  • Certus devices are designed to support everyday listening. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. For significant hearing difficulties, a prescription hearing aid fitted by a professional is the right route.
  • See a doctor before use if you experience sudden or one-sided hearing loss, ear pain, discharge, dizziness or ringing in one ear. Stop use and seek advice if you experience irritation or discomfort.

  • All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, videos, graphics, and design, is owned by Elementic Brands LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use any content from this Website without our prior written consent.
