Ear canals too small, sent back, money back the same week

Ordered on the Sunday and they were here on the Wednesday, which I was pleased about. The trouble was me. I have very narrow ear canals and even the smallest dome sat out in my ear rather than down in it. I emailed on the Thursday to say so and had a reply from Sarah that afternoon with the return address. Posted them Friday, money back in my account the Tuesday after. She also said if I wanted to keep them for anyone in the family I could. Not the right thing for my ears but a decent firm to deal with!

Very good aids, rang to find out what the long press does

Sound is very good and I want to say that first. The sheet tells you the button is the volume and does not tell you that holding it down cycles through the settings for different rooms. I found that out by ringing them. The woman explained it in a minute, hold it down, let go on the one that sounds right. Simple once you know. Star off because that should be on the card, not a phone call!

They looked far too big in the packet and I nearly did not try them

Opened the box, held one up and thought that's never going in my ear without showing. I have small ears and the dome fitted was the middle one. Put the smallest dome on, pushed it in and gave it the little twist the sheet shows, and the whole thing went down into the canal. My wife had to look for it. Four months on and nobody at the club has said a word. If I had judged them in my hand they would have gone back on day one.

I have small ears and the dome they come fitted with wasn't sealing on the right, so every time I turned my head in the car I got a squeal. Rang the number on the card on the Tuesday morning.
