Where is my order?

How do I start a return?
Email us with your order number and a brief reason. We reply in less than 24 hours with the next step. You have 90 days from delivery, and the full terms are in our refund policy.
What does the 2-year guarantee cover?
Faults. If the device or case stops working properly through normal use within 2 years, we repair or replace it.
Do I need a smartphone?
Not for Certus One: it works on its own, with one button. Certus Pro uses the free Certus app once for setup, then works on its own all day.
